Managed community beer gardens at Cinco de Mayo and Fiestas Patrias events with no reportable incidents.

FULFILLED:  SWAT Mask outsert grant request

FULFILLED:  CSI Truck awning/antennae grant request.  Many additional items were provided to equip the truck.  A back-up electronics vendor was secured

Managed over 300 donations for the Osmera Meza family after their tragedy

- Honored by Santa Ana City Council for that fund management

Managed the transition of the former Centennial Park fire training facility to the Joint Police Training Facility.  Many hundreds of donated man-hours were required

- Obtained donation of landscaping

- Obtained donation of tables and chairs

- Obtained donation of fire extinguishers and refill services

- Obtained donation of large waste disposal bins for debris

- Obtained donation of disassembly of hazardous structure

- Obtained donation of removal of hazardous conex box

PARTIALLY FULFILLED:  Replacement of k9 grant request

- Held community event to honor retiring k9, NOVEMBERFEST

BERT (Business Emergency Response Team) class V and VI were offered

FULFILLED:  GRIP evening appreciation event

TRAINING CALENDAR:  Managed numerous training events on site which required multiple meetings with facilitators.   Over 250 personnel have been trained since August.

Parent Academy:  partially sponsored event at Hazard Elementary

Caps4Cops:  provided three helmets from Hazard, Heroes and Jackson elementary.

Hosted El Salvador delegation at Centennial Park and provided “American-Style BBQ” for the entire Explorer Post, delegation, and SAPDF personnel attending.

Hosted a Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting event showcasing most every aspect of the SAPD to the community.  There were 19 exhibits and 250 people in attendance.
