If a program need has been met, unless otherwise directed by you in writing, your donation will be applied to a similar program need with prior Executive Committee review and approval. Unless a donation is specifically restricted, our bylaws require that no more than 35% of collected funds can go to overhead. We have successfully been substantially higher than that (close to 25%) due to our volunteer and conservation efforts. Thank you!
